It has been a joy to deliver a range of workshops commissioned by the RWA. In the Drawing School, Experimental Portraiture, Visual Journaling for Well-Being and Collage: Colour, Cut-outs & Lines, each of the sessions have allowed us to explore creative processes, ideas and unearth individual voices. In addition, for RWA Learning & Participation, I have covered for the Scribble & Sketch tutors now and again, the last Saturday morning workshop on a city farm, we had fifty participants! That was a lot of fun, a lot of paint, a lot of joyful scribbling and collaging. An honour again too, to facilitate workshops with the After Stroke Groups in Bristol, always so moving to see everyone engaged in a different approach, drawing on personal stories playing with a wealth of materials. Now more locally been invited by Caerbladon Gallery in Malmesbury to have a solo show in September, and before then run a couple of workshops. So, here’s to new happenings and creative exchanges on the horizon.
