I have really enjoyed and appreciated the time I’ve spent with you and hope to use journalling in ways I hadn’t thought could be so helpful. It seems to have coincided with a particularly challenging time in my life, and for that I’m grateful. LM, Swindon
The therapeutic art of journaling
A journal becomes one's best friend when travelling. The inside pages of the book become a place, for thoughts, feelings, experiences, facts and stories in the making. Collecting interesting curiosities along the way, assembling temporary museums of myself responding to people, place and time, then coming home again and perhaps taking new ideas into a sketchbook too... a process which is totally therapeutic!
